We're Chris and Jackie Carroll. The adoption of our three children has given us a small glimpse of the emotional struggle involved in placing a child and our hearts go out to you as you face this important decision. Whatever you choose to do, we have only the warmest hopes for you and the little baby you are about to bring into the world.
From the day we met 11 years ago, we were attracted to each other's sense of humor, shared values and love of family. Thanks to some very special women, we're now able to experience the joy of being a family. Through their strength, they have enabled us to see that we are capable of loving more than we ever thought possible.

Not a day goes by that we don't feel truly blessed by all the joy that our children bring into our lives. Max was placed with us when he was 12 days old and Julie-Anne joined our family 2 years ago as a beautiful 22 month-old toddler. Ben joined our family as a beautiful newborn last October.
Although our family has been created in a unique way, we have no doubt that this is exactly how it was meant to be. We feel exceptionally lucky and proud to have been chosen to raise these incredible children and we are more excited than ever about the possibility of having a sister for Julie-Anne, Max, and Ben to love and share their lives with.

WE LOVE BEING A MOMMY AND DADDY!
Chris works hard to keep his schedule flexible so that he can spend lots of time with the babies. He gets up early in the morning to help with breakfast and when he gets home at night it's time for games and stories.
Jackie loves being a stay at home mom and she and the kids enjoy lots of adventures with their playgroups, story times at the library, fun at the playground and visiting with cousins.

We're happy to be living in beautiful Avalon Park, a family-friendly neo-traditional community in sunny Orlando, FL. We're surrounded by bike paths, parks, lakes, new schools, and a wonderful town center, all within walking distance.
FREE TIME
When we're not playing on our backyard swing-set, swimming at the neighborhood pool, or feeding the ducks, we can usually be found gardening or checking out the local restaurants and festivals.
We love to travel and we're looking forward to sharing our sense of adventure with our children. Every year we try to find time for several days of hiking, camping or playing on the beach and we hope to be able to teach our children the sense of peace that can be found in the outdoors.
FAMILY
Jackie's brother and his family live very close and we love being able to spend time together. The kids have a great time playing with their cousins and we are all thrilled that our children have the opportunity to grow up together.
Jackie's parents just moved to the area, and Chris' parents and his younger brother just moved to Port Canaveral, where they're only a half-hour away. They're all excited to be close to all of their grandchildren.

WORK AND EDUCATION
We both value education and we plan to provide our children with the opportunity to attend college. Chris has a degree in Computer Science and he is a Senior Software Developer for a technology company called Gartner Research. Jackie has a degree in Technical Theatre and she worked as the Assistant to the Producer at the Center for Puppetry Arts before she chose to become a stay-at-home Mom.
